Little Nightmares: Spring 2017 Release Announced

Okay, yeah I’m excited for this. If you don’t know me already, I’m a total sucker for these types of games, but not without reason – I mean look at it! Little Nightmares is a 3D adventure-platformer from Tarsier Studios, an independent Swedish team you may recognize from LittleBigPlanet Vita.

Originally titled as Hunger, a name that’ll make you cringe having seen Polygon’s gameplay footage (What’s on the menu?!), the game was rebranded as Little Nightmares after being picked up by publisher Bandai Namco, and is currently slated for a Spring 2017 release.

This will be Tarsier Studios’ first original title – having previously worked closely with SIE Worldwide Studios on titles like the LittleBigPlanet series and Tearaway Unfolded.

The game looks fantastic, and I’m jealous of anyone who has had time to get their hands on it. Be on the look out for this creepy, Limbo/Inside-like, Tim Burton-esque adventure coming to PS4, XB1, and PC.
